I highly recommend Joe as a fishing guide. Joe gave me step by step coaching in techniques I had not yet used - at just the right level - without being overbearing. He mixes humor with instruction - keeping it light but informative. Gentle corrections. And yes, I landed some beautiful browns and rainbows at Lake Almanor due to Joe's deep lake knowledge, all which were very humanely returned to the water. My husband did pretty well too.
